I own one of the haunted places in the book

I liked the book because it was one of the first books that I encountered that talked about the ghost that haunts our lodge. Since then I have learned a lot more about the lodge and it's history. I wish that Ron would have investigated the subject more as he is a great Alaskan writer. I would have liked to seen more history of each place and the events that created the hauntings. A nice read on a dark winter night in a haunted lodge :-)

Creepy

Being an Alaskan, and having visited more than a few places in this book before reading it, this was a little more than creepy for me. I bought this book right before I left to go on a road trip. This book is a creppy read at night, especially when you come to the chapter on the place in Talkeetna- while you're in downtown Talkeetna!
