Haunani-Kay Trask (conceived October 3, 1949) is a Hawaiian patriot, instructor, political researcher, creator, and teacher emeritus at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Trask is the maker of the honor-winning narrative Act of War: The Overthrow of the Hawaiian Nation (1993), winning nine distinct honors in three unique nations. Trask assisted with laying out the Gladys Brandt Kamakakuokalani Center for Hawaiian Studies at the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
