Have a heart, listen up

Fortunately i did not have to pay for a copy of this book, YET now that i've read it, i would pay for a copy. You must do your own work, but what is presented in this book has the potential to send you in the right direction if you are looking for methods and even more importantly looking for practical mental state awareness information from someone who does this for a living.
