You should supply up on this book quick! This is the best book by far this has helped me numerous occasions! The recipes are easy to follow and they don't cost an arm and a leg. It's got a wonderful easy shopping guide in there even. This book is absolutely wonderful I've actually even lost 100 lb using it.
