In "Sogo, Butuku, and Gatoyi", three trees from Kirundo set out together on a great adventure across Burundi to visit their relatives in the Kibira forest. Along the way, they discover the strength of friendship, the beauty of mutual support, and the first stirrings of love.

In "Nkingi and the Holidays", Nkingi is a curious and energetic child. For him, holidays mean visiting his grandparents in Cibitoke. There, he delights in the joys of rural life: learning how to farm, how to milk a cow, and expanding his Kirundi vocabulary while sharing precious moments with Grandpa and Grandma.

Together, these two tales celebrate family bonds, Burundian traditions, learning through experience, and tourism for children.
