Hans Peter Iverson was a Latter-day Saint pioneer who lived in the late 1800's. He was born and raised in Denmark, where he joined the Church and served for 4.5 years as a missionary. During his mission he was imprisoned for sharing the Book of Mormon. He came to America afterwards, crossing the continent with an ox-drawn wagon because he had no money for a train. He eventually settled in Southern Utah and was a stone mason. He helped build the St. George Temple, and saw his children and grandchildren sealed in it.
