DVD came cracked .. worthless

Shoved in with 4 other DVDs which normally I have no issue but the DVD came cracked regardless of when the crack happened. For how much money I spend and how many things I’ve purchased on this website, I’m surprised the people examining things. Do not put more effort into sending out at least usable items. Very disappointed
