Its outdated but still useful.

Book was written a long time ago and so the information is very outdated. Not a lot. Most of it is still good. Also the book is more a scholar quick bullet point of every issue a teen faces no issue is comprehensively looked into. Nothing practical. Every issue is a very small window. The amnt of help and insight given is small. But it covers every imaginable issue a teen faces.
