Valuable but dated information

This edition is over 30 years old and was out of date in 1979. However, this is still my go to design book for hydraulics, fan laws, steam and pipe design. The book is also very useful when looking at old systems that may have been designed using this book. I use chapter 8 (piping) most of the time. I sometimes use the beginning of chapter 7 (space heating) for steam design. The remainder of the book has nuggets of information about loads not found elsewhere but otherwise the information is of historical interest only. My four star evaluation is mostly for the offerings of chapter 8 (piping).
