Awesome! It practically covers everything to know about beach volleyball. It is of great value to anyone interested in the sport.It gives a good account of how the sport developed in Europe and USA. A good structural analysis of the game covers a chapter. It is a treasury of techniques, tactics and forms of training. All aspects of training like strategy,skills,speed,strength and conditioning are covered. It is well written and well supplemented with illustrations and color photos. This book is most probably the ultimate Coaches,athlete's and enthusiast's manual. The quality of the book material and the photos are an added bonus.I highly recommend it.
