Hand on The Iron is about Dolson O'Banyon who finds himself in the least desirable assignment due to messing up on a big case. Dolson finds himself west of the Mississippi in on an Indian reservation investigating the serial killings of twelve young women. He had never been west of the Mississippi before and now thought he was in the wild west. Thinking he had stepped back in time for he saw more horse and wagon traffic than automobiles. O'Banyon felt more out of place than he had felt while working undercover in the Garvonnie mob family. He soon gets acquainted with the tribal police and a mysterious young woman. This action filled tale will keep the reader guessing as the plot twist and turns.
