a great resource

this book is a fabulous, all inclusive resource for anyone involved with children. as an after-school program director, i've found it both informative and inspiring. The text is straight forward, but not dry. it answers any ?s of why? who? what? and how? pertaining to any school-age care program/environment, includes anecdotal and factual background info, and mixes in inspiring quotations that refresh and strengthen the motivation of any individual trying to make a difference in children's lives. you won't be disappointed.
