Disappointment

I ordered two guitar books by Hal Leonard and both were to come with a cd or cd access. Neither book came with the cd. I understand they refunded my payment but I have not seen the refund yet. If it says it comes with a cd, it should be there before the ship it. Otherwise I would not have ordered the book without a cd.
