Haiku by Sunshine

In case you are expecting the traditional haiku poetry within these pages, you are out of luck. I am not a traditional kind of person. I prefer to play by my own rules. Poetry included. These haiku are the usual 5-7-5 syllable rule, but they are not about nature. Well, a few of the haiku are, not all. Haiku helps to challenge the brain, which makes creating haiku a brilliant brain exercise and a wonderful way to relieve tension. Haiku by Sunshine have a meaning behind them. They are tributes to people, places or things that I like, love or dislike. They have all touched my life in one way or another. Happy Haiku-ing!
