This book is a compilation of 278 haikus together with 90 zen images. The 5-7-5 syllable format was not strictly adhered to allowing haikus to be written about different subjects in eight categories: Seasons and Weather, Busy People, Man-made Places, Plants and Flowers, Animals and Creatures, The Earth, Moon and Sky, and Feelings and Reflections. A title has been assigned to each haiku. The zen images are separate from the haikus and are to be enjoyed while reading the haikus.
