These colour texts are really good for review. I purchased the Haematology text but the publishing date was in the early 2000's so that some of the information not really up to date i.e. especially for treatments of the leukemias. No matter, still a simple and good review of some of the basics. It is not meant to be a heavy duty hematology text. Color photos (or Colour) are excellent. Worth reading for medical and nursing students, and physicians who are not heme/oncology specialists. Perhaps spend the extra money to get a version that is up to date
