G.U.T.S. talks about Givers, Users, Takers, and Sightseers. Most people know about Givers and Takers, but what are Users and Sightseers? Users are people who appear to be Givers. That is because they Give with conditions. A conditional Giver is a User. They give a little in order to get a lot. Sightseers are people who go through life observing, but not participating. They do not Give, they do not Take, and they do not Use. The world has far too many Users, Takers, and Sightseers, and far too few Givers. The majority of people are Sights and with a small amount of effort can become Givers. The Users and takers many and are not likely to change their stripes. Givers make the world a happier place and hopefully will gain momentum in the coming years.
