About the Author:
After finishing her Bachelor's of Arts in Health Psychology at Carleton University, Amira started her first business in Social Media Marketing straight out of school. She went on to write her first e-Book Goal Setting 101: Setting Smart Goals and Living Your Wildest Dreams which transformed, with each small step, into Guilt Free Goals.
Amira teaches people how to set goals with ease based on research and personal experience. She inspires everyone to honour their energy levels by balancing out their goals, flow, and rest-guilt-free. She is a certified YTT200 Vinyasa Yoga Teacher and in her spare time a plant mom, avid reader, and highly spiritual.
