Great guide.

This guide, although over 800 pages, keeps it simple for your college bound student. Each major is covered in 2 pages, giving all the essential info one needs to know, including starting salaries in a particular field. I would recommend this guide.

A Pretty Good Book on "Popular" Majors

I bought this book for my teenage daughter who has a few different majors in mind and wanted to know more about them. This book goes into detail about what the major is, what to expect as far as salary, how many colleges offer the major, what you can also look into as a career, what job you will get if you graduate in this major and a sample of classes you might take. It's pretty thorough and she likes to page through the book and think about all her options. I recommend it to anyone who wants a general book of common majors and can't decide.
