This book is primarily based on the 2017 Edition of the Ranger Handbook that still included the Survival and Evasion chapter. Sections not relevant to Guerrilla Operations or those that relied on Governmental support such as aircraft or related munitions were removed. The manual was then heavily modified with relevant chapters from Special Forces Operational Techniques (1988), and Special Forces Sniper Training and Employment (2003) to form a more cohesive, one-stop handbook for the small team operating without a government supporting or financing them. Chapters include; Leadership, Operations, Movement, Patrols, Battle Drills, Defensive Operations, Tracking, Sniping, Land Navigation, Military Mountaineering, Convoy Operations, Urban Operations, Waterborne Operations, Evasion/Survival, Caching, First Aid, and Field Expedient Printing Techniques.
