A good introduction to GSM infrastructure

Appearently a translation from French, a few words were missed in the translation, but generally a very readable first view to GSM, including more depth on the wireless signalling techniques. Includes a couple of dated example systems, not on the GSM mainline. Fits well with French-made Alcatel view. Worth the price.
