Clear and concise - just what I was looking for.

Nice little book explaining which varieties of Lavender will work well in cooler climates. I was looking for more info on seed propagation but overall my questions were answered. I read the whole book in less than an hour - short & concise.

Because we live in the Northwest, we appreciate the specifics regarding growing lavender in a cooler climate. Ms. Moore gives very practical tips and advice on growing and using lavender for the average person. She is very good at telling you 'why' she recommends this or that. Growing Lavender is very readable and user-friendly. She 'talks' to the reader rather than lecturing them.
