Great Fun

This resource is an easy way to have a great Girls' Night Out at home. Everything is laid out so easy to not just have fun watching a movie together, but to see how we can use the movie to help grow our faith. With Biblical references and thought provoking questions,you too will see what this is a must have resource. Just pick a movie and enjoy!!

So much fun

Great book, really fun. Perfect for a fun night for your women's group, or just to change things up a bit. Great movie selection. I have the two new ones in the series too (G-rated and the men's one Adrenaline Rush) and they're both really fun too. The movie/men's event idea is something the men at our church were already expereimenting with and this really fits the bill. If you want something kind of like this but not movie-focused, try Party Divas (by the same company); wonderful events for women without the movie angle.

great resource

I tried one of the movies in this book and the women loved it. We had to offer it on two seperate nights to accomodate everyone. The best part was when a participant next volunteered to lead the next time. We are now growing a new leader through this resource. It is a great book for anyone to lead and be successful. You can modify it as you need to or use it straight as it is written. It is a great beginning to a women's ministry in your church. the women really connect in a nonthreatening way.

Great Resource

This is such a great resource for women's ministry. I recently used it as part of a women's retreat and we had such an enjoyable evening. I was using it with a large group, so we didn't cook the dinner as a group as is suggested in the materials. However, I think with a smaller group, that would be a fun addition to the evening. This is so adaptable for your specific needs and the movies suggested are a nice variety. I definitely see myself using this a lot in the future.

Chick Flicks: Group's Dinner and a Movie

Upon viewing the book with my Church circle group we are so excited about using this for our women's retreats. Our first one will be in October and we will be watching Fried Green Tomatoes. The book gives us menu items complete with recipes; decorating ideas, and questions to go with the movie's themes. I highly recommend this book to any women's group!!!!
