Group Therapy is a little story about a young woman named Cathy Johnson. Who luckily finds a great psychiatrist. Group therapy is about the trauma, group therapy, the patients and their doctor, Dr. Guggenheim and treatments. Caring Dr. Guggenheim teaches Cathy to keep her wellness which is having no change in her self-esteem despite the trauma and the mental problems, how she feels about herself and her mother, skills to keep her journal how to be well. Good Dr. Guggenheim gives all the praises, hope, encouragement and extremely caring mental health care for patients to be well. 1. Never to assume the sick role. 2. Never to like being mentally ill, such as living in a fantasy world. 3. Keeping a journal, self-correcting and training your mind to have organized thoughts, ability for attention, retention, concentration, focus and aptitude for learning, clear thinking very sharp, for journal writing thoughts then to discern reading comprehension. The book also brings about a major change to end the poorest of the poorest health care that is behavioral mental health care system. But to have a New behavioral mental Health system that is Psychiatry a specialty like any other specialty of the hospital. The New treatments will solely focus on Unbiased prevention and intervention for AVOIDING detrimental, abusive, too traumatic and tragic unnecessary diagnoses but to provide new treatments and only Acute treatment(s) for patients on ongoing basis and there is a goal to achieve as an end of a prognosis for chronic sufferers. Life to go on and to live very well. Cathy Johnson walked into Dr. Guggenheim's clinic again. Who is much older now, but she is wearing the same dress she wore years ago when she was a young woman.
