He spent many years working in the User Experience (UX) research and design space, and still helps people design great experiences for websites and services. He also helps people with their mental health through counselling, supervision and support. He currently lives in Wollongong NSW with his amazing and patient wife Andrea.

When he's not busy designing or counselling, he's being hassled by Groar to write the next book in the series.
