Grieving is not easy. I'm not even going to sugarcoat the process. The unique thing about it is everyone does it differently so you really can't compare with another on how to handle it. You soon learn that you have to take your time and process it all at your own pace. As you probably know, with this grief process, you can be fine one day and then something is said, done or felt and the pain of the loss resurfaces.
