Adorable and Educational

Although I don't have children yet, I am very interested in the concept of delayed gratification -- specifically, that I feel it is missing in today's society. On my search for related material (particularly in how it applies to teaching those lessons to children) I ran across this great little book. It is a quick read that packs a punch! Incorporating colors, numbers/sequence, banana education & fun facts AND the importance of patience, this has been a great addition to my set of "tools" on the subject. I would definitely recommend this book for parents and educators (or others like me) as it's a fun way to deliver an important message (and it totally tickled me that the author included a page in the back for the reader to post his/her banana stickers -- too cute!).
