Don't hire a consultant. This tells the whole story

Our company is on a Green Journey to change the way we operate our factories. The traditional approach had us paying a consultant lots of money telling us something we could get out of a book. Green Manufacturing is a great tool that tells you step by step how to do a Green Value Stream Map. If you have a lean program in place this is an easy add on that will yield huge results.
