Many zoological gardens are not animal friendly; some are reported for animal starvation and cruel treatments, sports such as bull fight, running of bulls, Portuguese bloodless bullfight, cock fight, dog fight, sled dog racing, greyhound racing, Malta's bird shooting where animals pay their life and undergo suffering for human entertainment and money making, this includes endangered animals such as hunting sea turtles or collecting their eggs, poaching mollusks for shells, etc. this book attempts to bring many hidden events to light or "what happens from farm to fridge?".
