DeWohl's finest?

Of the six or seven DeWohl books I've read, I think 'Set All Afire' is the most enduring. In it, DeWohl employs his usual style of 'historical fiction' where he weaves fictional dialogue and details into the factual framework of St. Francis Xavier's life. And this is no ordinary life. Great Novel. Great Saint. Catholic Bishop and priests still have mission problems today in India and other places in the world, but Saint Francis Xavier was able to baptize so many thousands five hundred years ago. This novel should be a recommended to all Catholics so that they would understand the great mission of Jessuit order. Otherwise, the Mormon is going to out pace the Catholic in missionary works.

Remarkable

This is a great book whether you know much about St Francis or not. It's a wonderfully written book. De Wohl really knew what he was doing when he wrote this! You'll read right through it and yet be learning so many spiritual things at the same time!
