Greek's Last Redemption was disappointing for this reader

I am a big fan of Caitline Crews, but in this book she thoroughly disappoints this reader! A tale of an estranged married couple facing the possibility of divorce or a continuing estrangement without personal freedom. Holly Tsoukatos fears her feelings and the possibility of losing herself in her marriage to her wealthy husband, Theo. She extricates herself through a devastating lie that Theo struggles with as a prideful Greek man. Both characters seem mired in disillusionment and animosity. Holly and Theo play games to inflict pain upon one another- views on infidelity, abandonment issues and poor parental role models plague the characters. The tale drags; character development is redundant and the book did not hold my attention. The ending was sweet, and somewhat redeeming- but predictable. Sedate. Overall, I was disappointed.
