Terrible Christmas Experience

This was my primary Christmas present, the set of 6 books. I got ONE volume, then Thrift said they will issue a refund. I paid over $50 for the SET of antique books, as pictured. They do NOT have a telephone number, and the chat person can not do a thing to find my missing books!
