Good Information to read

This book has some good information for research for those interested, has some good information for those interested in Sturgeon Fishing, always good to collect as much from other's as you can.

Being the author of this book, I should give it five stars. NOT? I truely love the sport of sturgeon angling and wanted to share my knowledge. Most of all I had a need to share my hard earned knowledge of safety in boating and anchoring safely. Retreiving the anchor being my main focus. Bud

A good book for sturgeon fishermen

I bought this book for my husband who is an avid sturgeon fisherman, not expecting there to be any new information in it that he didn't know about. He loved it! He said that there are many things in the book that have since helped him to catch a big one. The part he liked most was the military explanation of anchoring and the tides description. Go buy this one if you want to bring home a sturgeon.

This 72 page paperback book is a very valuble resorce.It can be used by begginers and produce excelant results. It uses not only standerd instructions on sturgeon fishing but throws in helpfull hints and even a few resepies for some tasty dishes.Even if you dont fish much this book contains indepth stories on survival (from a first person veiw). This book combines humorous cartoons, photos, and possibly life saving safety tips for sturgeon fishing on the Columbia River, but the advice should be relevant for any angler and the cartoons are worth the price of admission! Any fisherman should enjoy it, even if they don't fish for these monsters. R. C. Hammond
