Easy read, easy implementation

Paula Jorde Bloom makes this book easy to read and easy to implement. Whether you are a director of a child care facility or provide TA to child care facilities, this book is wonderful. I've used this book to do staff development training with directors, to facilitate discussion with an entire child care program, and with my own staff. Bloom provides the resources to look at your facility's "climate" and techniques for using them.

this is a great book if you really want to cooperate and open your mind to different opinions and sugestions. Is a wonderful book with a lot of good ideas to bring at our own place working with children or even at any place you work.
