A wonderful addition to any cooks library of cookbooks!

This is an awesome book for anyone who loves chicken. Lots of tasty recipes to choose from. I can’t say I’ve cooked them all but many do look delicious. Nothing difficult about the recipes. It’s well written. I have many Readers Digest Cookbooks and they don’t disappoint. The original book I had belonged to my mother with all her cooking notes. it was damaged in a flood and many of the pages stuck together. I purchased a replacement ( was so happy to find it) and have started transferring the notes to the newer book. I am purchasing this again as a gift for my sister.
