International Masters Publishers BEATS New York Edition
Published by Papa Kaufman , 1 year ago
If you are a baker, BUY this edition (International Masters Publishers, 2004); the New York edition(s) is a waste.
This book is the reprint of Great American Home Baking by New York Herald Tribune Home Institute (1998). The New York publisher edition was sold as a monthly subscription; if you missed monthly card offerings, the recipes were lost forever.
The International Master edition(s) was sold as a complete binder. The pagination is different from the NY edition(s) and some recipes seemed to be renamed.
This is the go-to edition (International Masters) you want. You have a much greater chance of this binder being complete.
