Brooklyn's a bustling city decked out with walkable rooftops and balconied apartments: the perfect landscape for all the action that usually comes with Charles whenever he sets out on a mission.
This time, he's in the year 2018 to stop a political assassination, which sounded pretty by-the-book in his mission-briefing.
