Rugby Union legend and British Lion Ray Gravell played 485 times for Llanelli RFC and was a member of two Grand Slam-winning Wales sides. He was without a doubt one of the greatest characters Wales has ever produced, held in extremely high regard both by rugby devotees and those with no interest in the game.
