Because when we are dealing with the challenges of life, it feels like our personal burden is heavier than anyone else's. If feels insurmountable, unrelatable, isolating. It feels, maybe, too shameful to share our thoughts and fears, so we compound it by bearing it alone. I want you to know that you are one of us: the survivors!
