Granulomatosis with polyangiitis

Granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA) is a necrotizing small-vessel vasculitis associated with anti-neutrophil cytoplasm antibodies. It is characterized by a broad spectrum of manifestations. The aim of our study was to describe the clinical, para-clinical and evolutionary presentations of GPA. In this retrospective monocentric study of patients with GPA hospitalized in the "A" department of internal medicine at Charles Nicolle Hospital, we describe the various clinical aspects, which can be polymorphous.
