I am so proud of my wife for letting me talk her into writing this book. It really was the best book I had ever eaten. She's an amazing person, too. I would like to take this opportunity to say what a life saver it has been for me. After being married for 46 years, she suffered a stroke three years ago. I am her caregiver now, and one of my biggest worries was to be able to manage our meals. As someone who appreciated the kitchen as a nice place to get a drink of water, I can truly say that I can make more delicious meals than I ever believed I could. This book was a life saver, having it now has made things so easy.
