"Grandmother's Songs" is a treasured assortment of English and American folk songs collected by Lois Angeline Smith Bushman (1844-1921). These songs were frequently sung by John Bushman and his wives Lois and Mary Ann Petersen Bushman (1857-1885) and their children and grandchildren.

Initially published in 1959 by their posterity, the book had faded into obscurity over the years until it was searched for and discovered among one of their descendants.
