Grandma's Mysterious Machine

Isabelle and Olivia don't know what to expect when their grandma comes to live with them for the first time. Their parents discourage them from visiting her in the "Granny Annexe" they've helped their dad build, as they worry it might upset her, or be too much for an elderly grandma to cope with. They find her furniture old fashioned, and one piece looks like it was once an old machine or could have come from a museum.

Without their parents knowing, over time they sneak in to visit their new grandma, and gradually get to know her. She introduces them to this mysterious machine, and with her help, find that even though it is old, it can still do a little magic with the right fingers and knowledge.

As they become closer to their grandma, the sisters find she helps them become creative, deal with difficult times and cope with issues of bullying. She becomes that extra special friend that Isabelle and Olivia could never have imagined would appear!
