Tender look at grandma through the eyes of a girl

This book is written from the perspective of a granddaughter. She describes time spent with her grandma and she describes her physically in an affectionate way. Grandma says she got a lot of her wrinkles from the girl's mother and has a story for every wrinkle. Grandma says she's gotten more wrinkles since the granddaughter has been around. The granddaughter asks which wrinkles are hers and grandma smiles to reveal them.
