This book was created during COVID-19. While others were painting, baking, and sewing, I picked up an ink pen. Granddad's Gold is a story about a young boy learning and growing during one particular summer with his grandparents. He is now big enough to be more involved on the farm, helping Granddad with the lawn, in the vegetable field, and overall tinkering around. One day his granddad tells Donald there is gold on their land. That piques his interest, and between chores and helping out, his grandparents tell him to go dig and find the gold. May this story leave your heart feeling light and make you smile.
