Best English Resource Book

I've had this book for 9 years now and I was looking to buy a copy for a student of mine when I found out that it was out of print. This book is the best English resource book out on the market. It has absolutely everything from the Parts of Speech to speaking and writing correctly. If the publishing company reads this, I urge them to put the book back on the market.
