Everyone faces bad situations in life, and it is likely that all have found themselves on the receiving end of poor behaviors. For most people, the natural response is to react aggressively. This manuscript will explore this very idea. The goal is to persuade and empower leaders to effectively handle conflict in a way that preserves valued relationships with others, while sustaining a healthy and unified environment by using the means of Grace.
