Incredible Analysis of State Politics in the Post-Modern Era

David Hedge does an incredible job portraying the state political climates in the shadow of big federal government. The analysis of state institutions is second-to-none. If anyone is interested in the role of state politics in an increasingly federally subservant role this is a must read. Hedge does a wonderful job showing the balance state governements must have in being seperate from the federal level while clinging to the support the government provides them.
