Delicious and Healthy

I love this cookbook! The recipes are easy to follow and very good. I am new to the grilling world and found the grilling tips extremely helpful. This cookbook is a must for anyone who loves fresh, healthy food but doesn't have all day to spend in the kitchen.

A Must Have Cookbook!

This is one of the best cookbooks I have ever owned. The recipes are very do-able, delicious, healthy and filling! Gena also included lots of extremely helpful cooking tidbits, such as converting measurements, grilling temperatures, useful kitchen utensils, and good substitutes in case you do not have a certain ingredient. I would highly recommend this cookbook to anyone who enjoys cooking!

I bought this cookbook in April and I am in love with it!!! The recipes are delicious and easy, and have impressed everyone I have made them for. I also love Fire and Flavor's (the company name) rubs and grilling planks, which you can purchase online or at most major grocery stores. I have given about 10 of these cookbooks as gifts, and all of my friends and family e-mail me with recipes they have loved.
