The author has combined various camping trips w whole menu of recipes. The camping trips are themselves interesting, and she also divides the the trips according to season. She provides about 25 unique breakfast, lunch & dinner menus. She also lets you know what to do at home before you go camping, what to pack & instructions for the meal at the campground. This cookbook is good for meals at home and even more delicious when camping.

A must-have even for casual picnickers and would-be chefs.
